When will my order be posted?

Your order will be dispatched once our Print on Demand Specialists finish creating your tote bag. This usually takes around 8 - 15 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your tote bag does arrive damaged or not up to our quality guarantee, please let us know ASAP so we can organise a replacement.
