Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Some custom products may require an extra business day of manufacturing and processing time.

If we are receiving a high volume of orders and there is a delay to your shipment, this delay will be communicated via your provided contact information (either email or SMS).

Shipping Rates and Tracking

Shipments purchased with the “Standard Post (No Tracking)” are not trackable and is purchased at the customer’s risk.

“Standard Post (with Tracking)” and “Express Post” are the recommended shipping methods. Tracking numbers will be provided upon order fulfillment.

How Orders are Shipped

Standard Post (with Tracking) from $6.79: Australia Post Domestic Letter with Tracking 24cm x 16cm

Large Order Standard Post (with Tracking) from $9.29: Small Box sent via Australia Post

Express Post $8.69: Australia Post Express Letter: 24cm x 16cm

Large Order Express Post $12.20: Australia Post Small Express Satchel

Orders shipped within the domestic letter network will be delivered to a mailbox at your nominated delivery address. Before placing an order, ensure your mailbox can accept 16cm wide letters. Greetings From Hell will not be held responsible for any damage to your shipment from insufficient mailbox size.

Parcel Lockers for order’s shipped with the domestic letter network are not recommended.

Damages

Greetings From Hell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Australia Post or us directly to file a claim and we can assist an investigation. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
