on a break in Europe. all orders ship from February 2027.

we’re closed. (sort of.)

After 7 long years, we’re taking a proper break. Right now I’m sitting on a beach somewhere in Europe and I’m not coming back for a while.

Please don’t order expecting it to arrive soon. But if you still want to order and keep supporting us, we’d love that. Just know nothing ships until February 2027, so it won’t arrive in time for Christmas.

SHIPPING

how we ship your orders.

Here you'll find everything you need to know (plus some tips and tricks) about how to get your order from our studio safely to your mailbox!

Shipping from Brisbane, Australia.

That's right, we are located in sunny Queensland and we use Australia Post to send all our orders! Please allow extra time for orders to NT and WA.

Orders dispatched in 1-2 business days.

We always strive to adhere to these timeframes, however as our products are handmade to order, there may be slight delays during key holiday periods.

Free standard shipping on orders over $60.

This free shipping offer applies to all orders over $60 within Australia and perfect for those looking to stock up. Does not include t-shirts.
Can your box fit our package?

Most orders under $30 will arrive to your mailbox. Please ensure the opening on your letterbox can accept letters 16.5cm wide, otherwise your order may arrive damaged.

Tracking provided on all orders.

We have recently removed untracked shipping options as the Australia Post Letter Network was too unreliable. Tracking is provided for all orders.

No parcel lockers on small orders.

Please avoid providing a parcel locker as a delivery address on small orders. These are not sent as a parcel and will result in a delivery error. Residential and business addresses only please.

International shipping is available.

We have shipping options available to select international locations. A majority of international locations are suspended due to confusing and unclear tarrifs and taxes.
